SEATTLE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRES)-- Beyond Clean Partners, LLC (a Pennsylvania corporation) and MPG Films, Inc. (a Washington corporation) today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Beyond Clean will acquire MPG Films for a purchase price of $2.2 million. MPG Films has nearly 25 years filmmaking history and complements the work of Beyond Clean, which has primarily focused on producing online content for the Sterile Processing industry. Beyond Clean will help preserve MPG Film's heritage and catalog of films, and provide customers with greater access to healthcare focused productions moving forward. Through this acquisition, Beyond Clean will empower MPG Films to continue to do what they do best: great storytelling.
