This week on Beyond Clean we speak with Don Tumminelli who is the Senior Technical Manager of Client Services at Highpower Labs.  Don has over 13 years of experience in the medical device industry and is an expert in sterilization, including both single use and reusable device validations.

This week on Beyond Clean we speak with Jenni Gibbs, Manager of Central Sterile Department at Altru Health System. In May 2017, Altru’s Central Sterile department moved to centralized, organization-wide endoscope reprocessing program. Altru was the inaugural US facility in June 2018 to sterilize duodenoscopes using hydrogen peroxide and ozone technology. 

This week on Beyond Clean we speak with Brandon VanHee, Clinical Education Manager at Key Surgical. He plays an active role in promoting infection prevention best practices in sterile processing and flexible endoscope reprocessing around the globe. Brandon is also currently working to identify and promote sterile processing best practices as a voting member on AAMI ST/WG 84 Endoscope Reprocessing and AAMI ST/WG 93 Cleaning Reusable Medical Devices committees. 

This week on Beyond Clean we speak with Kathy Mazza, Clinical Director of Sales at Sklar Instruments.  Kathy has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare both as a clinician and in a sales capacity.  Her clinical experience includes roles as a Certified Surgical Technologist and Materials Manager.

Koby joined Nanosonics in April 2012 bringing with him more than 25 years of sales experience and healthcare insight. His responsibilities include sales, clinical and commercial strategies for North America. Koby started his career as an engineer with GE Healthcare, and after 16 years, went on to the infection prevention world.
